Why hello there...

Oh the double-edged sword... I've actually uploaded some work, it's amazing, I might finally be a regular contributor. The downside to that is... I have SOOOOOOOOOOOO much college work to do. We're currently working on historical and contextual referencing (the posh name for an essay..). Luckily I have a great subject to tackle, the International Typographic Style. Brilliant! However, our tutor's decided to throw a thousand and one other projects onto us too. One being to design flash banners for a company's laptop give-away... Oh lordie... I haven't used Flash in years, I'm going to have to dust off my books as there's a £100 prize at stake for the winning design!

On top of that we also have a bigger live project to redesign a corporate newsletter/magazine for the local council. Yet again everyone in the class is in competition with each other. The winning design will be printed by the council and distributed to ~4,000 companies in the local area. What a good way to get your work out there! I'll have to put some effort into that

However in the near future I'm going to see Pendulum tomorrow, can't wait. The boys from Dirty Sanchez are going to be there too doing a live show... should be *interesting*. Wheeee! I'm all excited like a child at Christmas, not very fitting for someone who's coming up got 26 in a few weeks
