Ok so results day was Monday... But, yay HNC Results Day and the end of year Art Show.

The show was fun, and it was nice to see my classmates for the final time (at least the internet allows us to keep in-touch easily). However, it was really weird seeing people looking at my work, pointing at things and talking about it ... even more when talking to me about it. But it did look good all pasted up on the board, especially the Design Odyssey work.

Oh, so results? Well, I passed all 10 units with Distinctions* (highest mark). My teacher also said he though the Design Odyssey project [outcome] was one, if not the best he'd had over the years, and kept my boards to show future classes. Good times. So yay, now I'm a "qualified" designer... which doesn't make that much of a difference I guess... but at least it might give prospective employers/clients some more confidence, other than my work experience.

However... I'm at a bit of a loss now. Last night was my first night without classes. No more education? Eek, I keep looking wistfully at the Bournemouth Arts Uni prospectus, but I don't think it's going to happen. Maybe time for a big re-brand/fresh-start freelance assault. We'll see!

Achieve credit for all [normally 10] modules with at least 50% or more of the credits [normally 5 modules] obtained at distinction grade and at least 50% or more of the remaining credits [normally 3 modules] obtained at either merit or distinction grade.
